I don’t even know where to begin . Woke up Saturday morning with my wife and we usually buy our jeeps at rockland county jeep but today decided to try elsewhere due to the weather and traveling issues . We stopped by at tasca Jeep in elmsford and I was and still am blown away on how great these people are . Mr Alfaro was spectacular, professional and knows a good deal about cars . He sat us down and we went in to detail of what we were looking for and how much we were willing to leave as a down payment . We looked at pricing and test drove the vehicle and the wife loved it . We got in at 11 am and left with the vehicle the same day !!! Brandon G . blew our minds when he told us we could go back and pick up the vehicle the same day . I have to give credit where credit is due and this man made our finance process so smooth and easy . He even cracked a joke or two and he knows how to deal with people . I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2026 Ram 1500 Tungsten from Tasca and wanted to recognize Ali Raza and his team for how they handled the entire process. Before contacting Tasca, I had done a lot of research and visited three other Ram dealerships on Long Island — Security Ram, Westbury Ram, and Garden City Ram. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reach what I felt was a fair and reasonable deal with any of them. I eventually spoke with Ali Raza at Tasca over the phone and was very straightforward about what I was looking for: what I felt was a fair value for my trade and a reasonable price for the new Ram 1500 I wanted to purchase. Ali spoke with his manager, Toseph (apologies if I'm spelling that incorrectly), and they told me they believed they could meet my requests. I took them at their word and drove more than an hour to the dealership — and it was absolutely worth the drive. Not only did Ali and the team honor what they had discussed with me over the phone, they actually exceeded my expectations and gave me a little extra for making the trip and choosing to work with them. There were no games or surprises. The entire process felt easy, straightforward, and respectful. After the experiences I'd had elsewhere, that was incredibly refreshing. For anyone on Long Island shopping for a Ram, I would strongly encourage you to reach out to Tasca before automatically going with one of the local dealerships. My service advisor was Chris and to say his service was exceptional wouldn’t justify how outstanding of a job he did. I’ve had Infiniti, Lexus, Mercedes and Audi, all ‘ luxury’ cars that pride themselves on ‘exceptional service’. I only mention this because Chris’s professionalism and friendliness is honestly the best service experience I’ve had in my life. He also made sure to explain and show me the loaner car features and necessities in a way that was easy to understand while being concise. He set a clear expectation for what to expect with the service of my vehicle and when it would be ready. He heard that I was interested in purchasing a new Jeep so he introduced me to a sales rep that I had a very good conversation with. Chris even asked me how that conversation went, showing his true genuine interest in the overall Jeep experience. He even exceeded expectations by having the car ready earlier than expected. Upon entering the showroom, I found it clean, neat, and welcoming, with several smiling, professional staff members greeting me at the front desk. Negotiations with Alexander F. and his manager, Jeff M., were courteous and professional, and we worked through several meetings to agree on a fair price. After we finalized the numbers and moved into the paperwork, an unexpected issue with the payment arose. Brandon G., their new Finance Manager, handled the situation quickly and professionally.
