Only use this dealership. I live in New Jersey but still get my repairs done here. The main reason is my service adviser Rena. She always explains and makes you feel important. I schedule services around her schedule. Ask for her when making appointments. .

Great service. This dealership has it all. Their service department is huge and clean. The waiting area was large and had coffee and plenty of tables. Rena was a pleasure and got my car in quick and I was out in 2 hours.

Reinaldo (Ray) is an exceptional advisor, no nonsense, no upselling, just facts about the vehicle, what’s going to get done, how long it’s going to take, what’s recommended for your vehicle and why. He took the time to explain each issue in detail and understood my perspective and position with respect to finances. Thankfully my extended warranty took care of the major issue (thanks Mopar). I would highly recommend Tasca CJDR White Plains for all of your service needs.

Tasca service team was able to resolve a 2 1/2 year problem that I had with my 2023 two door rubicon that I purchased from Garavel Jeep in Norwalk.
Not to bore you with the details. Garavel was unable to resolve the issue.
My car was towed to Tasca after breaking down, lucky me. If it wasn’t for the break down I probably wouldn’t have thought to take the car there for repair. Why would I? I purchased the car at Garavel and they should have resolved the issue, they attempted several times to no avail.
